Regeneration / Repair of the injection pump controller
A failure of the fuel system in a diesel engine does not always have to mean an expensive regeneration of the entire pump. In many popular car models, the weakest link turns out to be the injection pump controller. Our company offers a professional service, which is repair of the injection pump controller. We specialize in the regeneration of the most popular and emergency modules installed in Bosch pumps (VP30, VP40, VP44 models) and Isuzu controllers found in 1.7 engines (Opel).
Thanks to our intervention, your car will recover without the need to dismantle the entire injection pump (in most cases), which saves you time and money.
Below you will find a detailed list of drivers that we repair. Please select the appropriate model (Bosch or Isuzu). After clicking on a given controller, you will go to a page with details, which describes: typical failure symptoms, error codes eligible for repair and the current price list.
What exactly do we repair?
We focus on the two most defective types of electronics that appear in a huge number of cars on Polish roads:
- Bosch pump controllers (VP30, VP40, VP44): These are pumps installed in many brands, including: in Audi (2.5 TDI), Ford (Focus, Mondeo), Opel (Vectra, Zafira, Astra II), BMW (320d, 520d) and Saab. The most common fault is a burnt out transistor of the power terminal controlling the fuel dose. Professional repair of the injection pump controller in our company permanently removes this manufacturing defect.
- Isuzu 1.7 pump controllers (EDU): This module is mainly found in Opel cars with 1.7 DTI and DTL engines (Astra G, Corsa C, Meriva, Combo models). This controller, installed at the factory at the rear of the engine, is exposed to vibration and temperature, which leads to cracked connections inside. We effectively restore their factory efficiency.

What are the symptoms of a damaged pump controller?
Injection pump controller often breaks down in a characteristic way. Repair of the injection pump computer is usually necessary when the engine mechanics are functional, and yet the car refuses to obey.
The most common symptoms that suggest injection pump controller failure are:
- Sudden engine shutdown: The car cuts out while driving and cannot be restarted.
- Starting problems: The engine does not start "when cold" or after warming up, even though the starter turns correctly.
- No power: The car enters emergency mode and loses power.
- Indicators on the desktop: The controller reports errors, most often related to the pump valve.
In the case of computer diagnostics, a damaged injection pump controller often reports errors regarding the fuel injection valve, injection angle control or CAN communication errors.
Why is it worth choosing controller regeneration instead of replacement?
Replacing the entire injection pump costs several thousand zlotys, often increased by the need for complicated disassembly of the timing belt, while replacing the controller with a used one involves the risk of purchasing parts in poor condition and the need to perform complex coding of the controller. Repair of the injection pump controller in our company is a much cheaper, faster and simpler solution.
We use components with increased durability, thanks to which the regenerated injection pump controller is often more durable than the new original. We provide a warranty for each repair. Select your driver from the list above and see how we can help you or contact us.
