First of all, you need to find out what your part number is and what the error codes from computer diagnostics are. The exceptions where there will be no errors are a hydraulic fault and the so-called "no communication" with the controller. Based on this information, we are able to present you in detail our offer and repair options.

If you have already agreed with us on the possibility of repair, the cost of the service and the delivery time, you can place a repair order via our website. In the upper right corner you will find a red ORDER REPAIR button where you will fill in the data necessary for us to complete the order. After completing the form, you will receive your unique order number and address for shipping the parts.

If you already know the offer and have placed a repair order, send the package with the part and order number by any courier to the following address: NAPRCZESC.PL Dawid Okoń, ul. Lęborska 80, 84-241 Gościcino. Remember to secure the part well in the package, especially if it is heavy and has protruding elements (e.g. sensors) so that it does not break during transport. Always send the part as a whole, twisted, without any loose elements in the box that may not be noticed during unpacking.

We provide a written warranty for the services and products provided for a period of 6 to 24 months.

We do not call you with a repair estimate after receiving the part. The cost of the repair is always determined by phone during the first conversation, before the part reaches us. Thanks to this, each of our customers knows the repair costs before they decide to send the part to us. Thanks to this, after receiving the part, we can immediately start repairing it. This solution guarantees a very quick order execution time compared to the competition.

There are very rare situations in which the standard repair procedure is not sufficient to remove the fault. In such cases, we contact the customer to describe the problem that occurred and what the target repair cost will be with a non-standard solution. In such a situation, the customer has the right to decide whether he wants to carry out further repairs or has the right to resign.

We complete most repairs within 1-2 business days, but this is an approximate time and may sometimes change due to various factors, often beyond our control. We also offer certain services that take longer due to the complexity of the repair process or parts availability and may take up to 2-3 weeks.

If we do not find any fault in the part sent to us or the fault is so extensive that repair is not possible, we charge up to PLN 150 for part verification.

After the repair, we send the part back by courier, and payment is made upon receipt of the parcel by the customer. For customers who want to pay by transfer, this is also possible. Please add this information to your repair order or contact us by phone. In the case of transfer payments, the shipment is sent after the payment has been credited to the account.

Yes, we carry out orders from all over the European Union. We send the shipment outside the country after paying for the repair to the company's bank account. We also issue foreign invoices for contractors included in the list of VAT-EU taxpayers.

Yes, the shipping cost is added in the amount of PLN 30-50 depending on the size of the shipment and the amount of materials used to properly secure it. When shipping abroad, the shipping cost is assessed individually based on the indicated address and added to the repair costs.

If there are any problems after installing the parts, please contact us by phone. These may sometimes be symptoms related to failed adaptation, incorrect installation, etc. We will advise you what to check to rule out all possibilities or we will ask you to send the part for testing under warranty.
